So…You Want to Buy a House, huh?

confused

You want to buy a house, huh? First thing is to talk to a mortgage specialist, someone who will tell you where you stand, financially. If you don’t already know your credit score, they can pull it for you. If you do know your score, lenders have a way to qualify you without pulling your score (because sometimes a credit inquiry can actually ding your score). They can talk to you about how much of a loan you qualify for, and special programs such as FHA or Veterans loans that can help most first-time home buyers complete the dream of home ownership for much less of a down payment than you might think.

There are lots of programs out there to benefit you, and specialists who I personally know and trust who would be happy to answer your questions.

Most people are scared to take that first step (and that’s ok!) but if you really want to be a home-owner we can probably make it happen. The first step is to give me a call for a free consultation. From there I will set you up with a free call with the financial specialist I think would be best for your needs. Our job is to help you – so pick up the phone today and let’s make you a home-owner.

See what 2 of the lenders I work with have to say:

Kelly says, “As a lending veteran in VA, DC and MD, I am dedicated to helping you achieve the “American Dream” by choosing the best loan program to meet your needs.”

Joe says, “As an experienced loan officer I have the knowledge and expertise you need to explore the many financing options available. Ensuring that you make the right choice for you and your family is my ultimate goal, and I am committed to providing my customers with mortgage services that exceed their expectations.”

Now the fun can begin! Time to search for your dream home. To add to the fun, try keeping notes on the homes that you see with this awesome (and free!) Homebuyer Journal.
